30-Day Money-Back Window

If you purchase the CMMC L2 Assessment Kit and decide within 30 days that it is not what you expected, email support@plainaudit.com with your order details. We will refund the full purchase price through the original payment processor.

Typical turnaround from a valid refund request to funds returning to your card is three to ten business days depending on your bank.

What Qualifies

Any reason is sufficient. We would rather refund than keep revenue from an unhappy buyer. Common situations where a refund is the right outcome:

  • The kit is wrong-scoped for your situation — you are a CMMC Level 1 contractor, or a defense prime at 500+ employees where a different kit is a better fit.
  • The documentation style or depth does not match what you need for your C3PAO engagement or internal program.
  • You changed direction on your compliance approach after purchase.

After the 30-Day Window

Refunds requested after 30 days are handled case-by-case. Email support@plainaudit.com with your situation and we will work toward a fair outcome.

What a Refund Covers

The refund returns the kit purchase price. Once refunded, the download link and the 12-month update commitment are retired for that order; your receipt and support window close. You are free to re-purchase later if the kit becomes a better fit for your situation.
